All information submitted to Nooshy design will remain private and confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to any third party. Nooshy design does not accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that your details are accessed whilst using this site.
PRICING
All prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and determined at the time of order and, prior to payment. All prices include GST.
If placing an order online you will be charged on the authorised credit card designated by you for the purchase price and delivery fee approved by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer, for any reason, you agree to pay Nooshy Design all amounts due on demand.
Full payments must be made at the time of purchase. Nooshy Design is under no obligation to deliver any products until payment for those items has been received
Nooshy Design reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Transactions on nooshy.com.au are processed using stripe, secure online payment gateways that use your card details in a secure environment
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders can be made online at nooshy.com.au, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can also place an order via email, phone or mail. All personal details will remain private and confidential.
Custom made and special orders will require a 50% deposit with the final payment made before been dispatched.
Nooshy Design aims to dispatch products within two weeks from the date payment has cleared the bank account. Delivery times may depend on your address, and circumstances relating to Australia Post. Nooshy Design will not be held accountable for delays outside our control relating to the delivery of your order.
Please ensure that you provide Nooshy Design with the correct delivery address where you will be able to accept the order or please specify in the comments section a safe place for your order to be left if you are unavailable. If an incorrect address is given to Nooshy Design, you will incur and additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
Delivery costs will vary depending on the size of the item ordered. Delivery costs are calculated by the size and weight of the box and its delivery address. Regional and remote locations will incur slightly higher delivery costs. Every attempt is made to deliver your order to you without incident
Deliveries will only be made on business days.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All Nooshy Design Lamp Shades are made on receipt of payment so we will not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. All items are checked carefully before been dispatched. However, we will offer you an exchange and delivery, if the order is damaged, faulty or an incorrect item received within 7 days. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Nooshy Design will not accept cancellations on made lampshades
Nooshy Design complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees.
Nooshy Design offers no warranties with its products.
Nooshy Design Online Workshops – Any cancellations 7 or more days prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit. Any cancellations within 7 days prior to the workshop are non refundable. Nooshy Design has the right to amend workshop dates and times. If this circumstance occurs, we will provide a new workshop date and time, or a full refund.

ELECTRICAL STANDARDS
All products sold by Nooshy Design meet the Australian Safety standards for small electrical items.
Do not use any electrical items if the item is damaged. If any new items are damaged please return to Nooshy Design or take the item to a certified electrical contractor.
By Law all electrical work should be carried out by a certified electrical contractor. Do not attempt electrical work yourself. All Australian homes are legally required to have a safety switch installed.
Do not allow children to play with electrical cords. Do not put cords in or near any liquid or water.
